This is a list of 100 genuine books, including their authors and a brief description of the contents for some, on the subjects of myths and legends.

These books are mostly suitable for a modern campaign, as most of the books date from the late 20th century or later.

The myths and legends come from around the world but there is an edge towards Celtic and European mythology, including famous topics such as King Arthur.
