100 Books on Philosophy to Find on a BookshelfThis is a list of 100 genuine books on philosophy, including authors and a brief overview of the contents, that can be used to quickly add books to a bookshelf.

The books are primarily on Western philosophy, but there is some Eastern and other regions as well. The books have the dates they were originally published and dates of translations into English, as well as original titles and languages, if known.

The books cover a wide range of philosophical topics, including political and economics, as well as more esoteric subjects. Many books date from the 20th century, but many others date back far longer.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result, or select appropriate books manually.
