This is a modern list with 100 base items, although some of the results have multiple possibilities. These are gag or joke items that could be found in a joke shop.

These could be looted by players following a zombie, or other, apocalypse, or simply come across during an investigation. Many have dubious utility, but creative players could find some useful.

To use the list, either roll d100 to generate a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Some sample items are:

57. Itching Powder (Causes itching when it touches the skin, uses things such as ground rose hips)
58. Joke Biscuit (Fake rubber biscuits in different type, such as bourbons, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cream, ginger nuts, jammy dodgers, jaffa cakes and nice)
59. Jumping Bandaged Finger (Bloodstained bandage for placing over a finger, has a small spring that makes it shoot off the finger)
