On RPGNow, 100 Frescoes, Mosaics, Murals and Reliefs to Find in a Dungeon and 100 NPCs You Might Meet At The Tavern have both gone Copper.

RPGNow Merging with DriveThruRPG

RPGNow LogoOneBookShelf have informed publishers that they are going to be merging RPGNow with DriveThruRPG. The backend of both sites is the same but from February 2019 all links from RPGNow will instead divert to the equivalent page on DriveThruRPG.

OBS have stated that DriveThruRPG has continued to increase in sales and traffic whilst RPGNow has tapered off. Admittedly, more of our sales come through DriveThruRPG than RPGNow, even though we promote RPGNow over DriveThruRPG, as can be seen from our best-seller list.

However, RPGNow has always had a greater dominance by the smaller publisher than DriveThruRPG. Often, supplements that get into the top 100 on RPGNow never even show their faces on DriveThruRPG. DriveThruRPG is much more dominated by the bigger publishers in the industry. This move may not be the best for the smaller, indie publishers.
