Books can be a source of knowledge and knowledge is a source of power. This supplement contains 100 books that could be found on a mage’s bookshelf, whether an individual practitioner or as part of a group’s library.
Just because books can be a source of knowledge doesn’t mean that these are. They could contain misinformation and errors; whether or not an individual book is useful is up to the Storyteller.
To use the books, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.
Here are some sample results:
60. The Avatar Storm: Its Origins and Effects by Ted Burke (How the Avatar Storm came to happen and what the effects were that it had on the Gauntlet, Awakened Avatars and the Otherworldy Realms)
61. The Beginning of Reason by Jess Hart (How the Craftmason Convention laid the foundations of the Order of Reason, then later the Technocratic Union, marking, in the author’s opinion, the beginning of a true Golden Age of Enlightenment)
62. The Betrayer: Heylel Teomim by Joder Zingg (How Heylel Teomim led the First Cabal into a Daedalean trap)
