Characters may hear rumours when asking around for information and this supplement has 100 for them to hear.

The rumours are related to the Balazaring lands and Elder Wilds of Griffin Mountain. Whether any are true is up to the GameMaster, and they can be used as background colour or potential adventure hooks.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

81. The soldiers of Dykene are arrogant, as they are well armed and armoured for the region, especially if visitors to the citadel are not as well equipped as they are. It’s rumoured, though, that they are open to bribes of better equipment than they have from visitors who are in turn better equipped.

82. The soldiers of Yalaring are known to be open to bribes for overlooking small offences, as long as such offences don’t harm their king. Despite the occasional rumour that some of the soldiers are open to larger bribes for more serious offences, there is no evidence to back this up.

83. The Stabbing Cat Lodging House and Tavern in Fykene is run by former mercenary Ostakker Three- Scar and is the only public house or inn in the citadel. Traffic is rare, yet Ostakker seems to do okay, and some of the locals mutter that perhaps he derives some of his income from somewhere else.
