When Storm Knights are asking around for information, or getting it from the Delphi Council, they may hear rumours and bits of other information.

This supplement has 100 rumours that they could hear, in or about Tharkold. Whether or not any rumour is true is up to the GameMaster. They can be used as background colour or as potential adventure hooks.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

92. Thratchen has been recruiting those in the Blasted Lands, as well as claiming the territory for himself by planting stelae. It’s rumoured he’s also been reaching out to some of the gangs operating in the territories of the other two Dukes, seeking to recruit them as well, though in general this is proving to be harder than recruiting the mutants, cannibals and raiders of the Blasted Land.

93. There’s sporadic fighting in the outer neighbourhoods of Moscow, with one group being rebels opposed to everyone; Volkov, Tharkoldu, mutants and thralls alike. It’s rumoured that the Delphi Council has been considering providing resources to the rebels, but has so far held off on doing so until the inevitable break with Volkov’s regime happens.

94. Various incidents inside Russia that acted against the best interests of the Russian government have been stated by the Delphi Council to be the result of teams going rogue thanks to Stormer infiltrators. Of course, the Wolf’s government doesn’t really believe this, and it’s rumoured that Russia is constantly attempting to get proof that they are untrue in order to leverage the information and get more concessions from the Council.
