This supplement has 100 hooks and rumours that characters could hear in or about Seattle, the Emerald City in Shadowrun.

These rumours can be used as background colour for the setting or as potential adventure hooks.

81. The Matrix in Puyallup is a mess of pirated and obsolete devices that may or may not be functional at any time. It’s rumoured, though, that there are parts of the network that are in much better shape and that these are heavily fortified against outside intrusion, suggesting that there are powers on the network outside of the locals.

82. The McNeil Correctional Center and the Annex have been growing a reputation as a place that rehabilitates prisoners and reintegrates them into society, and there have been some rumours
about just how this is being done. It’s said that a relative of one of these “rehabilitated” prisoners, after failing to get anywhere using official means, has been putting the word out that they want to hire runners to investigate the prison’s methods.

83. The parties on Anderson are getting more and more out of control as the rich are running out of ways to oneup themselves. One party that featured live murders got fragged but there are
rumours about other parties that have managed to fly below the radar so far that are holding acts that would cause everyone to come down on the island like a ton of bricks.
