87. The Weary Pilgrim in the Civilian Quarter has become a play gathering place for outsiders, and as a result a centre of petty intrigues, with citizens of Hollowfaust seeking to hire outsiders for a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons are less than legal, and it’s rumoured that the secret police always has informants stationed in the inn to keep an ear and an eye open for what might be being plotted within.

88. There are rumours that Ru’uthor, the owner of The Charnel Blade, deserted from the Legion of Ash, something that does not tend to be survivable. Most thing these rumours are just that, but there are occasional suggestions that Ru’uthor sometimes keeps a careful eye on newcomers to Hollowfaust who might be members of the Legion.

89. There are said to be treasures lost in the Gascar Peaks to the north of Hollowfaust, and though the older necromancers discourage anyone from being foolish enough to venture into the mountains in search of treasure, it’s said that there are a growing number of younger ones who think such an expedition would be worth undertaking.
