In a fantasy setting, characters could experiences hallucinations for various reasons., whether this be exposure to strange magics, hostile actions or simply being less than careful in what they eat and drink.

This supplement has 100 hallucinations and visions for characters to have. They may or may not have effects on a character.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

69. You feel something moving around in your boot. When you remove it, thousands and thousands of spiders start pouring out of it.

70. You feel that you have forgotten something important, but you can’t remember what it is, no matter what.

71. You feel the gaze of a pitiless black sun staring down at you from an incomprehensible distance
