Not every treasure found is as ordinary as it might seem. Some may have features or hooks that are not immediately obvious.

This supplement has 100 hooks and strange features for treasures, from curses and hauntings to associations with famous or infamous people.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

54. The item has an infamous reputation, for everyone who has been known to own it has had so many bad things happen to them, up to and including death, that the treasure is said to be cursed.

55. The item has had arcane runes carved into it. By the looks of it, these were added later.

56. The item is a religious relic associated with a saint from that religion.
