This supplement has 100 hooks and rumours that characters could hear in or about Festival in Castorhage, or the Blight, in the Lost Lands setting.

These rumours can be used as background colour for the setting or as potential adventure hooks.

To use the list either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

89. The Street of Banners in Festival displays just how some traders will do absolutely anything for custom, and it’s rumoured that some of these stoop to less than ethical means, especially magical ones that can help push visitors into buying some of the tacky souvenirs on sale for far more than they are worth.

90. The Vice House is a place where those whose desires run to darkness and evil can get them satisfied. It’s rumoured that Mistress Explania, who runs the establishment, has a standing order with various adventurers of the more dubious sorts for certain things that her guests would appreciate, and that she is willing to pay substantial amounts of money for such.

91. There are a number of, illegal, bridges that can be used to cross the river to get to Festival, but these are sometimes deliberately severed, even when people are using them. It’s rumoured that the bridges are severed when a being in the river needs a sacrifice, or perhaps just feeding, and that this is done to placate it.
