This supplement has 100 hooks and rumours that characters could hear in or about the Northlands in the Lost Lands.

These rumours can be used as background colour for the setting or as potential adventure hooks.

To use the list either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

86. The Seagestrelanders need the trade goods that the Northlanders bring, as their land is poor in mineral wealth and their metalworking skills are lacking. This makes them more vulnerable to Northlander raids, and it’s rumoured that Southlander merchants have started to move in, trading what the Seagestrelanders need without the threat of potential violence, though not at rates that are remotely beneficial to the inhabitants.

87. The Siljøn River in Hrolfland is a slow and gentle river, making it a favoured waterway for the land’s interior, used to transport goods. It’s rumoured that this leads to bandits operating in some parts of Hrolfland, who prey on the boats travelling down the river, plundering them for their cargoes.

88. The taiga and tundra of Nûkland are home to large beasts and megafauna. It’s rumoured that some are seeking to tame these beasts in some way, to use them, for the larger fauna and the smaller riders, as steeds, and also to use them as beasts of battle in combat.
