100 Post-Apocalyptic Taiga Encounters

100 Post-Apocalyptic Taiga Encounters

100 Post-Apocalyptic Taiga EncountersTravelling through a post-apocalyptic land still results in encounters, albeit often stranger ones. This supplement has 100 such encounters for characters to have.

The encounters are most suited for use in a post-war apocalyptic setting, where weapons of every and all types have been used. They can be used as a way to enliven a journey or as potential adventure hooks.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

75. The evergreen trees here are a peculiarly virulent colour of green. Though look to be healthy, though a careful eye will note what appear to be the bones and corpses of animals beneath them. 76. The ground is clearly boggy, yet it’s a bog that appears to be devoid of any form of life. Occasionally, the bogs surface shimmers in strange colours if the light hits it right, and it proves to be acidic to the touch if entered.

77. The ground shakes in an odd, fairly mild, but prolonged quake that seems to be travelling across the taiga.
