Non-player character bards when encountered are rarely just waiting around for characters to turn up.

This supplement has 100 things a bard might be doing. Most are intended to be for use in their home or other base of operations, but some could be used elsewhere.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

39. Marking time by tapping a piece of wood on a desk.

40. Making various animal calls, practicing until they get them right.

41. Mixing a personal recipe for varnish, whilst consulting some notes on it.
