There are powers beyond the world that can be bargained and negotiated with for various benefits, and this supplement describes 13 such fiends. Whether the bargainer will get what they truly want when dealing with such a dangerous source is open to question, but it does not prevent some from trying.

Each fiend is given a name, a description, its worship and rites, including rituals that can be done in order to gain a, supposed, benefit, and any cults that might follow it.

Here is an example fiend:

Sithiriss, The Teacher

Some devils offer earthly luxuries to those who make a bargain with them. Others will promise pleasures unequaled by anything outside the halls of heaven itself. Many fiends will promise position, power and prestige. Of all the gifts a devil could offer, however, none are more tempting than knowledge… and there is no knowledge that is unknown to Sithiriss. There are no rituals too secret and no rites so hidden that this fiend does not know them. They speak every language, have seen the rise and fall of every empire ever to grace the world, and many times they will teach freely. But even if the knowledge is shared for the asking, that does not mean it doesn’t come with an unseen price.
