Characters are often on the side of good in a role playing game and, as such, will often come into conflict with the forces of evil, including servants of evil gods.
This supplement has 100 different dressings that could be found on an altar to an evil god. Some are clearly disturbing, others are odd. Whether or not any have any significance is up to the GameMaster. They can be used as simple decoration or as potential sources of adventure hooks.
The supplement is also available in a system neutral version. You do not need both versions.
To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.
Here are some sample results:
63. Set of eight knives of different sizes (worth 50 gp as a set).
64. Several pots of vile smelling paints (a DC 8 Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1d3 rounds if smelled), with a bone-handled paintbrush.
65. Several small, pitted rocks that have an unpleasant feel (if touched, make a DC 8 Will save or be shaken for 1d4+1 rounds).
