In a fantasy setting, characters may travel through the air at some point, wherever that air might be.
This supplement has 100 aerial encounters for characters to have. Some are potentially dangerous and some are odd.
The supplement is also available in a system neutral version. You do not need both versions.
To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.
Here are some sample results:
86. The ground below suddenly vanishes, leaving nothing there. The effect is disconcerting (DC 10 Will save or be shaken for 2d4+2 rounds), but the ground suddenly appears again; possibly, magic hid it for a time.
87. The temperature of the air here plummets rapidly, easily well below freezing. Those unprotected for the temperature change may end up in difficulties in the region, especially as ice starts to form on surfaces (see severe cold in Cold Dangers in Chapter 13 – Environment in the core rulebook).
88. There are whispers on the wind, barely audible (DC 20 Perception check to notice) and impossible to make out clearly. The whispers seem to have no definite origin, and they also follow any travellers for some distance.
