This is a list of 100 genuine alchemical texts that could be found by players on a bookshelf. The name of the book and the year it was published as well as additional details, such as the author, the original language and title and some notes on the book’s subject may also be included.
The books are ordered by year of publication, rather than by title. They cover different aspects of alchemy, from spiritual alchemy to physical alchemy, and some texts where the latter starts to morph into chemistry, as well as works on what could be considered herblore and medicine,. Many later publications are collections of earlier works. Some may have been quite short when first published.
