Dungeons have occupants, other than PCs. These may be passing through, like adventurers, or they live in the dungeon. Occupants and travellers generate rubbish and, bar any sort of enforcement, this rubbish will probably be dropped on the floor.
This supplement has 100 different pieces of rubbish that can be used to decorate the floor of a dungeon. All are broken items or rubbish of little or no value, but that does not mean that players might not consider them to be important in some way.
Here are some sample results:
46. Grappling Iron – A three-tined iron grappling iron, although one of the tines has been snapped off. A small stub of frayed rope is attached to the end.
47. Hammer Head – An roughly rectangular piece of iron with one flattened end and a hole running through its centre. (A hammer that has lost its handle.)
48. Hardtack – A piece of hardtack with a bite taken out of it. The hardtack is infested with weevils.
