100 Random Magic Effects to Encounter in a Dungeon (5E)

100 Random Magic Effects to Encounter in a Dungeon (5E)Dungeons, and other locations, could have residual magic effects persisting from events in the past.

This supplement has 100 such minor effects to encounter. They may be minor or puzzling and will probably cease once an area is left but they may cause problems in the time they are active.

Here are some sample results:

48. Letters and symbols written on anything non-magical slide off the paper or other surface and start to dance. They return once the area is left.

49. Living creatures in this area lose most
of their colour, becoming bright white with a few dark lines defining their shape, whilst non-living things become the opposite (this is a purely cosmetic change).

50. Maggots constantly rain down from the ceiling and land softly on the floor, then seem to sink through it (if they fall on a living creature, a DC 5 Willpower save is needed to avoid being at disadvantage on all rolls for 1d4 rounds as they apparently seep into the creature’s flesh).
