Characters may ask around for information in various places and this supplement has 100 things for them to hear.

These can be used as potential adventure hooks, misinformation and background material. Whether or not any rumour is true is up to the GM.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

88. The ukari of the Outlawed Clans on Kordeth never accepted human rule of the homeworld and former imperial capital of the ur-ukari and are feared to be plotting to drive the humans off their planet. There are rumours that ukari off Kordeth have been arranging to have weapons quietly smuggled to the world in preparation for this.

89. The ukari Vothraeln Vordwed, leader of the United Freedom Movement, which is an alliance of Traditionalists and revolutionaries, is currently missing. It’s rumoured that Vothraeln Vordwed is not in truth missing, but has departed on a mission known only to her closest allies, one which is said to have the aim of restoring the ur-ukar to their rightful position in the universe.

90. The Zuranists, or the Children of Zuran, are members of what the Universal Church considers to be a pre-reflective and pagan religion, one that has stubbornly resisted all attempts to supress
it. It’s rumoured that, in fact, the number of Zuranists has been steadily growing, and that the Church is considering more forceful methods of suppressing the religion.
