100 Prometheans for Esper Genesis

100 Prometheans for Esper Genesis

100 Prometheans for Esper GenesisPrometheans are descended from humans who have experimented with improving themselves, and this supplement has 100 such for Esper Genesis.

Each promethean is given a name and a brief description. They can be used as chance encounters or potential allies or foes.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

50. Maviel Arthurnos: Maviel is a promethean with a strange belief: namely, that the prometheans didn’t spring from humanity, despite everything that says they did. They believe that the prometheans never had anything to do with humanity, no matter what history might say, and that they either were always their own kind or stemmed from somewhere else. This isn’t something that other prometheans find remotely plausible, and many think that Maviel was badly affected by Chrysalis in some way; not enough to become an aberrant, but enough that their brain has been damaged.

51. Mesio Saraxus: Mesio is a Crescent promethean, one who is a scientist working at one of the Crucibles. They are intere3sted in sharing knowledge with others, especially those of the other intelligent species of the Silrayne Arc who could benefit the promethean people as a whole. Mesio believes that prometheans, given their essentially ingrained interest in science, having themselves sprung from scientific experimentation, need to do everything they can to deal with others with similar interests in order to benefit their own kind.

52. Naylan Urven: Naylan is a promethean of the Crescent, and like the rest of their subtype is skilled at logical thinking. In Naylan’s case, though, they are perhaps too skilled at it, for they have difficulty thinking in any ways that aren’t based on pure logic; they are incapable of intuition or even understanding how others can use that. This focus on logical thinking makes its way into the promethean’s personal life, too, and they often have difficulties when it comes to interacting with other people.
