Even in the afterlife, rumours can still be heard, and wraiths may hear such when asking around.

This supplement has 100 rumours for wraiths to hear related to the Underworld and the Dark Kingdom of Iron. Whether any are true or not is up to the Storyteller and they can be used as background colour, misinformation and adventure hooks.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

29. Most wraiths found in Riverside lack connections and haven’t been able to get into any of the social networks. It’s said that many of these wraiths have been discussing banding together into their own network, though it’s unclear just how this would benefit them as they will still lack connections and, worse, the existing order might not appreciate such a group being formed.

30. Much of Upper Bay is sheer cliff that is too rugged to be worth the trouble it would take to build on. Recently, though, some of the more recently dead wraiths have been looking for investors to help them develop the cliffs more than they have been. They say that recent advances in building techniques combined with some of the unique substances of the Underworld, specifically soulsteel, mean that the cliffs could well be developed.

31. Naval vessels from Stygia patrol the Sea of Souls, keeping an eye out for the monstrosities that live beneath the surface. It’s rumoured that encounters with such are getting more common, and that they seem to be increasing in size, too. Some claim there’s a creature living in the bay that’s big enough to threaten the Jameson.
