Eschewing the rules and niceties imposed by the Camarilla, the Sabbat play the great game of shadows by their own rules. True terrors in the darkness, their mortal servants are often reflections of the masters who hold their leashes. Outcasts, rebels or anomalies within the power structures of the nation they may be, but all of them are deadly tools in the hands of the Sabbat.

Whether your players are members of the Sabbat, or opponents of Sabbat forces who are attempting to stop them from claiming even more of the rich blood that still pumps through America’s veins, the following ghouls should make ideal additions to your game.

41. Celia Barret: A pharmaceutical representative, Celia has sold more opiates than South American cartels and Afghani warlords combined, and she didn’t commit a single war crime to do it. For all the fortune and influence her deal making garnered her, though, there wasn’t a pill on the market that could defeat old age. The shadowy figure called Cabal had what she needed, though. While his vitae costs her rather dearly in freedom and treasure alike, Celia has learned one thing over her years selling drugs to people; namely that when it’s your life on the line, you find a way to meet the cost. So she reaps from the public, and gives her master what he demands so that she can continue to see as many sunrises as possible.

42. Jerome Dicks: Tall, broad and rangy, with blue-black skin inherited from his ancestors, Jerome is a servant of Tansy Racker. A less-than-stable member of the Sabbat, Tansy’s first solution to any problem is usually to set it on fire. The second is to shoot it repeatedly if the fire didn’t do the job. There are few things Tansy loves more than the “presents” Jerome finds for her. From caches of machine guns forgotten by gangsters during Prohibition, to handmade pipe bombs, to crates of thermite grenades that got “lost in transit,” there’s no telling what he’s going to show up with next. The only surety is that, whatever unique instrument of death he’s located this time, Tansy is going to want to test it out immediately.

43. Selena Garris: Commonly referred to as the Beauty of the Beast, Selena is the personal assistant and major-domo of the kindred called Charon. She is typically sent to represent her master in negotiations with other members of the Sabbat, and to offer terms to factions of the Camarilla. She is also the one who coordinates the actions and activities of all his other servants. While she is the most capable and dangerous of his ghouls, Charon still treats her as if she’s made of glass. Few things will call down his wroth more than someone disrespecting her, and those who actually lay hands on her may find those hands broken… or removed entirely. This is a lesson some neophytes have had to learn the hard way.
