This supplement has 100 such to encounter in a dungeon. They may be strange, they may be harmful and some can even be beneficial.

The supplement is also available in a Pathfinder compatible version. You do not need both versions.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results.

84. There is a feeling of life being gone, yet not gone enough, of a parody of life lingering on after true life has departed.

85. There is a feeling of something vast and ancient observing the area, and those observed are given a feeling of being small and insignificant beneath its gaze.

86. There is a grittiness to the air that can be tasted. It leaves an acrid flavour in the mouth and makes the nose seem clogged, yet it doesn’t cause coughing.
