This supplement has 100 such to encounter in a dungeon. They may be strange, they may be harmful and some can even be beneficial.

The supplement is also available in a system neutral version. You do not need both versions.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results.

73. The atmosphere feels like something scraping along flesh, sharp-tipped nails clawing at the ears (a DC 10 Will save is needed to avoid becoming shaken for 1d6+2 rounds).
