When asking around in various different places, characters may come across rumours of various things.

This supplement has 100 such for a cyberpunk setting, from problems with cyberware to corporate corruption. They can be used as background colour or as potential adventure hooks.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

27. Construction of a new underground tunnel has slowed drastically recently, with barely any progress being currently made. The construction is apparently plagued by a lot of incidents, from annoying to very nearly fatal. Rumour has it that someone doesn’t want construction to complete and is sabotaging the project.

28. Corporate executives, being people with a lot of money, often use that money to do things that are illegal if they’re caught. They trust their money to keep them safe, but there’s a blackmail ring specifically targeting the executives and making them pay over large amounts of cash to keep their secrets secret.

29. Cyber-attacks are being carried out against companies, government departments and individuals, all of which seem to be the work of the same hacker or group of hackers. Oddly, there seems to be no link between the targets, nor do the attacks appear to be doing anything more than causing damage.
