Whilst travelling at night, or whilst camping, characters can still have encounters, and in the dark it can be harder to see what’s happening.

This supplement has 100 different encounters that can be used to enliven night-time travel or camping. Some may be normal, animals that are seen at night, whilst others may be harder to determine.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

73. Sounds of feet running in the distance can be heard.

74. Spider webs hang between the trees, all strangely glowing with a soft blue radiance.

75. Spots of phosphorescence appear on the trees and move around. They prove to be tiny glowing insects if examined.
