100 Encounters for the Post-Apocalyptic Moors (Mutant Future)

100 Encounters for the Post-Apocalyptic Moors (Mutant Future)Travelling through a post-apocalyptic land still results in encounters, albeit often stranger ones. This supplement has 100 such encounters for characters to have.

The encounters are most suited for use in a post-war apocalyptic setting, where weapons of every and all types have been used. They can be used as a way to enliven a journey or as potential adventure hooks.

The supplement is also available in a system neutral version. You do not need both versions.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

73. Ruins of a number of now-unidentifiable buildings dot part of the moors in a small cluster (searching the buildings takes 2d10+2 turns and will recover one assorted junk).

74. Saplings are growing on the moors, though none of them are doing that well. All of them are sickly-looking and some have already died (the soil is mildly toxic, Class 1 poison if anyone is foolish enough to eat it).

75. Scattered across an expanse of the moors are various fragments of metal that appear to have come from a pre-apocalyptic flying craft. Exploring the area reveals several more sets of wreckage, by the looks of it dating back to different times (nothing can be salvaged).
