Farming country in a fantasy settings tends to be closer to the heartland regions and is therefore safer in general. This doesn’t mean that there won’t be counters or that these encounters can’t be dangerous.

This supplement has 100 different encounters for characters to have in farming regions. They can be used to enliven a journey and in some cases be potential adventure hooks

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

28. At the end of a path leading to a cluster of farm buildings is a small stall with fresh vegetables laid out on it. An honesty box next to the vegetables holds a few (1d10) copper coins.

29. Behind a strong and sturdy fence are half a dozen horses in a verdant pasture. The horses seem (an Easy Ranching roll or an Average Farming roll) too high a quality to be farm animals.

30. Broken and rusted farm equipment lies in heaps and piles in an otherwise empty field next to a farmhouse.
