100 Post-Apocalyptic Underwater Encounters (Mutant Future)

100 Post-Apocalyptic Underwater Encounters (Mutant Future)

100 Post-Apocalyptic Underwater Encounters (Mutant Future)Travelling through a post-apocalyptic land still results in encounters, albeit often stranger ones. This supplement has 100 such encounters for characters to have.

The encounters are most suited for use in a post-war apocalyptic setting, where weapons of every and all types have been used. They can be used as a way to enliven a journey or as potential adventure hooks.

The supplement is also available in a system neutral version. You do not need both versions.

To use the list, either roll d100 for a random result or select appropriate ones manually.

Here are some sample results:

77. Several barnacle-encrusted metal barrels lie on the ocean floor, and more appear to be buried below the surface. The barrels look to be fragile, but intact. Any markings on their sides have long worn off (the barrels will break easily and contain chemicals that are a Class 6 poison).

78. Several coral reefs rise up from the sea bed, all of curiously regular shape and positioned at regular intervals. If investigated, the coral appears to be natural, but it has grown around what appear to be artificially created formations.

79. Several corroded pipes are protruding from the sea floor. Each is spewing out a toxic-looking black liquid. The fact that there is nothing alive in the vicinity of the pipes suggests that the liquid is indeed toxic (Class 5 poison).
