Just as in any other setting, power can corrupt and those with power may come to believe that they are above the law. That is where the vigilante can step in, to disabuse the criminals, whether holders of public office or not, of this.
This supplement has thirteen vigilantes for a fantasy setting. Each is named and described, as are their actions, together with rumours related to them and their origin. Characters could encounter these vigilantes no matter what side of the law they operate on.
