100 Dressings for an Evil Altar (PFRPG) is the above supplement converted for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

New World Shadows: 100 American Ghouls for The Sabbat has 100 ghouls that could be found serving the Sabbat and their needs in America.

100 Encounters for a Fantasy Swamp (Lore 100) has 100 sights to enliven a swamp journey for Lore 100 and is a conversion of the original system neutral version.

Characters may find notes and letters of varying interest and 100 Notes and Letters to Find in Miskatonic Country: Kingsport has some to find in Miskatonic Country connected to Kingsport. Whether any are of relevance is up to the Keeper.
